Programmed is currently seeking experienced LF Forklift Operators and LO Order Picker Operators to join a leading distribution centre based in Welshpool. These positions offer ongoing Monday to Friday work, excellent team culture, and the opportunity to secure long-term employment with a well-established industry leader.

Our client is one of the largest industrial and automotive aftermarket parts suppliers in the Asia Pacific region, offering a positive team culture, ongoing work and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating LF forklifts and/or LO order pickers
  • Picking and replenishing stock within warehouse racking
  • RF scanning and inventory control
  • Loading and unloading stock
  • General warehouse and housekeeping duties
  • Manual handling of products up to 25kg
  • Working safely within a fast-paced distribution environment

Requirements:

  • A current LF Forklift Licence and/or LO Order Picker Licence
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
  • Reliable work ethic and good attendance record
  • Ability to perform physically demanding duties
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work within a team environment
